TMS (Trading Management System) is NEPSE online trading platform. After you open an account with a licensed stock broker, the broker gives you a TMS login to place buy and sell orders yourself in the secondary market.

You need: a Demat account, a Mero Share account, and a broker/TMS account with a licensed stock broker. The broker number is part of your TMS login.

Getting Set Up

  1. Open a broker account with a licensed NEPSE stock broker.
  2. Receive your TMS login (client code, username, password) from the broker.
  3. Add funds to your broker/collateral account or link your bank as required.

Placing a Buy Order

  1. Log in to TMS and search the company symbol.
  2. Open the Buy order, enter the quantity and price.
  3. Submit — when a matching sell order is found, your order executes.
  4. Shares are settled to your Demat, usually on T+2 (two working days after the trade).

Placing a Sell Order

  1. In TMS, choose Sell and select the shares from your holdings.
  2. Enter quantity and price, then submit.
  3. After the trade matches and settles (T+2), the sale proceeds come to your linked bank.
