For management degrees like BBA, BBM, BIM, BHM and BBA-Finance under Tribhuvan University (Faculty of Management), admission is through the CMAT (Central Management Admission Test). Other universities (e.g. Kathmandu University) run their own management entrance (KUUMAT).
Official body: TU Faculty of Management (FOM) conducts CMAT. Register online through the FOM notice/portal when it opens.
How It Works
- Register online for CMAT when the FOM notice opens (after +2 results).
- Sit the CMAT — an MCQ test covering verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning and general awareness.
- Check your result and score on the FOM portal.
- Apply to colleges — each college admits based on your CMAT score plus its own criteria.
